Admissions Policy

Enrollment is open to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements listed on our Admissions page. Senior Point Learning Academy admits students without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.

Refund Policy

Tuition is non-refundable once course access has been granted. Because immediate access is provided upon successful payment, the enrollment is considered final at that point. Students who experience a technical issue preventing access should contact us within 7 days for resolution.

Attendance & Progress Policy

This program is self-paced with lifetime access. Students are encouraged to log in regularly and complete modules in the recommended order to maintain steady progress. Instructors monitor engagement and may reach out with support.

Academic Integrity

Students are expected to complete all quizzes, exams, and assignments honestly and independently. Copying, sharing exam content, or misrepresenting one's identity may result in course removal without refund.

Student Code of Conduct

Students are expected to interact respectfully with instructors, staff, and peers. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the program.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information necessary to provide the course: your name, email, and progress data. Personal information is never sold or shared with third parties outside of essential service providers required to operate the platform (secure hosting and authentication). You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

Terms & Conditions

Course materials are provided for the personal, educational use of the enrolled student only. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction of any course content is prohibited. By enrolling, you agree to these terms.

Complaint Procedure

Students with concerns should first contact their instructor by email. If the issue is not resolved, submit a written complaint to Seniorpointconsulting@gmail.com. Complaints are reviewed and responded to within 10 business days.
